1.) Ideal occupancy date? Including your ideal starting date and lease length – example: June 15, 2020 to August 30, 2020

2.) What is your price range PER TENANT? With utilities? Without utilities? Most of the properties rent structure INCLUDES all oil and propane deliveries and maintenance of the heating and hot water systems, water and sewer charges, lawn maintenance and landscaping, parking on site. Some also include trash removal, wireless Internet, snow plowing of the driveway and on-site parking areas.

3.) How many tenants? Does each tenant want their own bedroom or are they willing to share a bedroom? Are you OK in having a furnished locked bedroom in a private home with both male and female tenants and share the common space (a room in a “place to share” within a private home)?

4.) Would you like the property to be furnished or unfurnished? All properties come furnished as a courtesy at no additional rent. The rent does not change regardless of whether the property is furnished or not. Because of size or decor, some provided furnishings may need to remain.

5.) Do you have pets? If so, what kind and how many? Not all properties may allow pets and there is an additional pet security deposit required for those properties where pets are allowed.
